A group of four pictures on the same theme. I carried on exploring it as it interested me so much. I particularly liked the patterns of the branches. The first one I did was the large pastel which is the very greeny-blue one. I then did the square oil. Read more>>

Current Abstracts February 2012
February 2012: These are two abstracts, oil on canvas, that I have been working on this year. Not quite finished – but nearly! Its very liberating just thinking about colour and composition. There are others on the go, but are as yet unfit for public consumption!

Sheep Rush (2 – a drawing)
Pastel on Ingre Paper.Most artists start with a drawing or drawings before moving onto a painting, but here the painting (see oil paintings category) came before the drawing. I sold the painting and missed seeing it about so did a drawing to fill the gap.
